Outtage in the early hours of Sunday morning

We lost connectivity in the early hours of Sunday morning due to a connectivity failure at London TeleHouse North.

We are investigating the cause of this and will fill you in when we get our response.

Major Connectivity Issues in London

Our network is currently experience an outtage due to a major connectivity outtage in London. Our multiple connectivity providers haven’t disclosed full details of how long it is expected to be out for, but they are working on the issue through the night to get it resolved.

When we know more about the problem, so will you.

Pluto Power Problem

Pluto went down for a short time this afternoon because of a power failure in the PDU. This PDU has been replaced and everything should be up and running as normal now.

Up and running again

We will be asking questions of our datacentre as to why the backup generator failed during the outtage and will post the results here.

In the meantime everything is up and running again and we offer our sincerest apologies for the poor service you received over the past hour.

Major power outtage again

There has been a primary power failure at the datacentre, it initially rolled over to the back diesel generator and service was resumed. Now it seems the backup has failed leaving us without power.

Rest assured we will be working to ensure normal service is resumed as soon as possible.

Quick Update

There have been no outtages for the past few months.

The issues that we were having earlier in the year have been resolved.
